User Submissions. This Agreement does not obligate You to provide Intel with materials, information, comments, suggestions or other communication regarding the Materials. However, You agree that any material, information, comments, suggestions or other communication You transmit or post to an Intel website (including but not limited to, submissions to the Intel Premier Support and/or other customer support websites or online portals) or provide to Intel under this Agreement related to the features, functions, performance or use of the Materials are deemed non-confidential and non- proprietary ("Communications"). Intel will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. You hereby grant to Intel a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, copyright license to copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, disclose, distribute, license and sublicense through multiple tiers of distribution and licensees, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein, including derivative works thereto, for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from an Intel website or provide to Intel any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law. If You wish to provide Intel with information that You intend to be treated as confidential information, Intel requires that such confidential information be provided pursuant to a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”), so please contact Your Intel representative to ensure the proper NDA is in place. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as preventing Intel from reviewing Your Communications and errors or defects in Intel products discovered while reviewing Your Communications. Furthermore, nothing in this Agreement will be construed as preventing Intel from implementing independently- developed enhancements to Intel’s own error diagnosis methodology to detect errors or defects in Intel products discovered while reviewing Your Communications or to implement bug fixes or enhancements in Intel products. The foregoing may include the right to include Your Communications in regression test suites.
User Submissions. The personal information you submit to CareCloud is governed by the CareCloud Privacy Policy. To the extent there is an inconsistency between this Agreement and the CareCloud Privacy Policy, this Agreement shall govern. You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type to the “Public Areas” on the portal (including blogs, message boards, postings, user reviews of drug information, etc.), that infringe or violate any rights of any party. If you make any such submission, you agree that you will not send or transmit to CareCloud by email (including through the email addresses listed on the "Contact Us" page), any communication or content that infringes or violates any rights of any party. If you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to CareCloud by email, you agree such submission is non-confidential for all purposes. If you make any submission to a Public Area or if you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to CareCloud by email, you automatically grant or warrant that the owner of such content or intellectual property has expressly granted CareCloud a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. CareCloud may sublicense its rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses if you agree to only post or upload Media (like photos, videos or audio) that you have taken yourself or that you have the right to transmit, and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person. Photos or videos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are usually copyrighted by the owner. To protect your privacy, you agree that you will not submit to the Public Areas of the portal, any media that contains Personally Identifiable Information (i.e., like name, phone number, email address or web site URL) of you or of anyone else. User Submissions. 9.1. The App may permit the hosting, sharing, posting, and publishing of content by you and other users ("User Submissions"). Your User Submissions may be posted to the App, or otherwise be made publicly available. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, we do not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions. You shall be solely responsible for your User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. We have complete discretion whether to publish your User Submissions and we reserve the right without further notice to you, to monitor, censor, edit, remove, delete, and/or remove any and all User Submissions at any time and for any reason.

User Submissions. You agree to furnish with information concerning any errors, problems, difficulties, or suggestions regarding the access to or use of the Site. You will also promptly respond to any reasonable questions provided by DigiLocker. You acknowledge and agree that all information provided in accordance with this section shall be considered User Submissions You agree and undertake not to circumvent any restrictions placed by DigiLocker on access to the Services. You further permit DigiLocker to monitor your use of the Site to ensure compliance with the terms.

The Kidcaboo Properties may enable you to post, upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available, your own user generated content, information, data or materials through the Services (“User Submissions”). User Submissions are the sole responsibility of the party from whom such User Submissions originated. You grant us a non-exclusive, fully-paid, world-wide, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license, with the right to grant sublicenses, to display, publicly perform, distribute, store, transcode, broadcast, transmit, reproduce, edit, modify, create derivative works, and otherwise use your User Submissions in any manner, in any medium, for any purpose in connection with Kidcaboo, the Site or the Services. You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of compensation, privacy, or confidentiality with respect to any User Submission. User Submissions may be available to other Users (such as Driving Nannies and Arrangers). We may refuse or remove User Submissions at any time. You represent and warrant that you own all rights in your User Submissions or you have acquired all necessary rights in your User Submissions to enable you to grant Kidcaboo the rights in your User Submissions described above. We have no obligation to pre-screen User Submissions or any other content on the Site or Services, although we reserve the right in our sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or remove such content.
