Common use of Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Progress Report. Grantee shall submit quarterly progress reports to the State Water Board’s Grant Manager by the twentieth (20th) of the month following the end of the calendar quarter (March, June, September, and December). a. The progress reports shall provide a brief description of the work performed, accomplishments during the quarter, milestones achieved, monitoring results (if applicable), and any problems encountered in the performance of the work under this Agreement. Grantee shall document all contractor activities and expenditures in progress reports. b. The invoice should accompany the progress report.
