Common use of Progress Meetings Clause in Contracts

Progress Meetings. The Contractor shall schedule and conduct, at a minimum, bi-weekly progress meetings at which the Department, the PM, the Contractor and appropriate Subcontractors can discuss the status of the Work. The Contractor shall prepare and promptly distribute meeting minutes.
