Common use of Program Report Clause in Contracts

Program Report. The Participant must participate, at its own cost and as reasonably required by the Department, in studies, evaluations and other activities intended to analyse the success of each Project in achieving the Project Objectives and the Aim of the Project, on terms required by the Department. Such participation may, where required by the Department, include: allowing third parties access to the Property to undertake analysis and evaluation of the Program and the Project; and making reports (including Reports), records and other information available to third parties for the purposes of evaluation and analysis.
