Program Report. When reports are required by the Contract, the Contractor shall provide them in the format approved by ADHS.
Program Report. ∑ Performance Outcome Measures (POM) Contractor shall maintain data and reports of performance outcome measures in compliance with the Federal and State requirements. Contractor shall make these data and reports available to the County upon request by the Director.
Program Report. The Participant must participate, at its own cost and as reasonably required by the Department, in studies, evaluations and other activities intended to analyse the success of each Project in achieving the Project Objectives and the Aim of the Project, on terms required by the Department.
