Common use of Program Report Clause in Contracts

Program Report. ∑ Performance Outcome Measures (POM) Contractor shall maintain data and reports of performance outcome measures in compliance with the Federal and State requirements. Contractor shall make these data and reports available to the County upon request by the Director.
