Common use of Program Orientation Clause in Contracts

Program Orientation. During the first seventy-two (72) hours of a Participant’s 14 admission into the program, CONTRACTOR shall provide an overview of the program. The Program 15 Orientation shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 16 1) Program structure, schedules, and rules 17 2) Understanding of substance use disorder 18 3) Policies regarding Participant fees 19 4) Participant rights 20 5) Assignment of a counselor 21 6) A copy of the code of Conduct 22 7) Continuing care services
