Common use of Program Coordination Clause in Contracts

Program Coordination. 5.1.1 Individual activities of CONTRACTOR personnel shall be coordinated in accordance with applicable program direction and procedures, and to the extent such direction and procedures do not conflict with the policies of their employing agencies; and 5.1.2 CONTRACTOR and designated staff of Orange County Sheriff’s Department and OC Animal Care will work together as a team, with each member supplementing and enhancing the efforts of every other team member. Coordination and communication will be ongoing during the days that team members are at work.
