Common use of Program Area Chair Clause in Contracts

Program Area Chair. “Program Area Chair” shall mean any unit member appointed by the President of a University, in accordance with the provisions of Article VI of this Agreement, to fulfill the responsibilities set forth herein with respect to any program area of such University.

Program Area Chair. “Program Area ChairChair ” shall mean any unit member appointed by the President of a UniversityCollege, in accordance with the provisions of Article VI of this Agreement, to fulfill the responsibilities set forth herein with respect to any program area of such UniversityCollege.
