Common use of Professional Training Clause in Contracts

Professional Training. It is the employee’s duty to attend all the necessary training with professional diligence. Employees may be required to undertake self-learning and e-learning modules as part of their professional development. However, it will be the employees’ own responsibility to stay current in their own time (with a maximum of 2 days per year).
