Professional Pay. Professional “Pro” pay for an Associate Degree will be paid at the rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) per bi-weekly pay period. For a Baccalaureate Degree, forty-five dollars ($45.00) will be paid bi-weekly. All degrees must be job-related and from an accredited college or university. The Police Chief must approve all course work or degrees awarded before pro pay will be paid.
