Consultant agrees to procure and maintain professional liability insurance or miscellaneous professional liability insurance with a limit not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000). The insurance policy shall name the State of South Dakota, its officers and employees, as additional insureds but liability coverage is limited to claims not barred by sovereign immunity.
