PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT. A. The Board shall reimburse the full cost of tuition, textbooks, meals, and an allowance for miles at $.40 cents per mile incurred in connection with any course, workshop, conference, in-service training session or other such session which a teacher is required and/or requested by the administration to take as part of a work assignment during school hours.
