Common use of Professional Fee Clause in Contracts

Professional Fee. The total cost of the existing contract is increased by $141,500 as apportioned below for Phases 1 and 2:  Survey $11,500  Schematic Design $25,000  Design Development $105,000  Environmental Pre-Engineering $20,000 The professional fee includes reimbursable expenses advanced either in the performance of the Scope of Services or in the service of the BID. The payment of these sums to the Consultant shall be billed on a monthly basis.
