Professional Activities. 21.1 The first professional obligation of employees shall be to the Employer. Employees shall be free to engage in any activities outside working hours provided such activities do not consist of service performed for broadcasting stations in direct competition with the Employer and provided these outside activities do not interfere with their services to the Employer.
