PRODUCTIVITY. The EMPLOYER and the UNION mutually recognize the need to maintain and improve productivity in the various operations of the City. To this end the UNION will cooperate with the EMPLOYER in studies intended to measure and improve productivity. The UNION will also encourage its members and officers to make suggestions to the EMPLOYER that in the judgment of said members and officers would aid in improving productivity.
