Production of Available Information by Participants. Each Participant shall, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon with the Operating Agent within the scope of rules, procedures and guidelines that may be established by the Executive Committee, provide, preferably in English, to the Operating Agent all previously existing information and information developed independently of the Task which is necessary to the Task and freely at the disposal of the Participant and the transmission of which is not subject to any contractual and/or legal limitations:
