Each Annex Participant agrees to provide to the Operating Agent all previously existing information, and information created independently of the Annex, which is needed by the Operating Agent to carry out its functions in the Annex and which is freely at the disposal of the Annex Participant and the transmission of which is not subject to any contractual and/or legal limitations:
