Production Fee and Payment. 7.1. In consideration of the provision of the Hire Services, the Customer shall pay the production fee as specified and, in the manner, set out in the Hire Specification. Any additional services (including but not limited to repairs, upgrades or programming) or equipment beyond those specified shall be agreed between the parties in good faith.
