Production Elements BOTH. ‌ Should the Theatre utilize any production elements other than standard lights, sound or projections (e.g. smoke, haze, fire, pyrotechnics, snow, water, firearms, weapons, raked stage, ramps, dirt, sand, turntable, traps, elevators, significantly raised platforms, uneven stairs, tall ladders, aerial work, stunts, stage fighting, heavy puppets, moving large set/prop pieces, etc.), the Theatre shall identify them in writing to Equity as soon as the Theatre is aware of their use, but no later than Press Opening. The Theatre shall prepare an Extraordinary Risk Rider as per Article 29:00, as soon as the risk has been identified.

  • Developer’s Attachment Facilities (“DAF”). Developer shall, at its expense, design, procure, construct, own and install the DAF, as set forth in Appendix A hereto.
