Procurers Event of Default. 13.2.1 The occurrence and the continuation of any of the following events, unless any such event occurs as a result of a Force Majeure Event or a breach by the SPP of its obligations under this Agreement, shall constitute the Event of Default on the part of defaulting Procurers:
Procurers Event of Default. The occurrence of any of the following events arising out of any acts or omissions of the Procurer and which have not occurred as a consequence of any SPD Event of Default, a material breach by RUMSL of its obligations under the Implementation Support Agreement, a Change in Law or a Force Majeure Event and where the Procurer has failed to remedy the breach specified in the Preliminary Notice, issued in accordance with Article 13.2(b), shall constitute a Procurer Event of Default:
