Procurement Management. 6.1.1 The Contractor shall procure production equipment, piece parts, ORDALT Kits, spares, and firmware required to provide Life Cycle Support for equipment. The Contractor shall submit Procurement Reports in accordance with CDRL A006. 6.1.2 The Contractor shall procure equipment, piece parts, ORDALT Kits, Installation Check-Out (INCO) Spares, parts and firmware required to produce sustainment ORDALT Kits as specified in Section B. 6.1.3 The Contractor shall procure parts, materials and replacements for items that become obsolete. The Government will specify requirement through approved Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) or Technical Instruction. 6.1.4 The Contractor shall accurately document, track materials and purchased parts, provide As Built Configuration Lists (ABCL) for all kits, and provide a material procurement plan which includes effective procedures to determine material needs, lead times, and delivery schedule.
