Processor Personnel. 4.1 Processor shall take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any employee, agent, contractor, Sub-processor or any Third Party who may have access to the Personal Data of the Controller. Processor will ensure that access to the Personal Data is strictly limited to those individuals whose access is relevant for the purposes of the agreement or who need access to comply with Applicable Laws in the context of that individual’s duties to the contracted Processor. Processor will ensure that all fore mentioned individuals are subject to confidential obligations of professional or statutory nature.
