Processor and Data Controller. 10.1 When TDL processes Protected Data on behalf of the Client in providing the Services the parties agree that the Client will be the data controller and TDL will be the data processor. The Annex to this Agreement sets out when TDL processes Protected Data on behalf of the Client. Clause 19 describes the circumstances where TDL will use Protected Data on its own behalf as data controller.
