Processing of Personal Data (a) SORACOM collects and processes personal data about the Subscriber, including name, e-mail, IP-address as well as data on data uses and billing data in order to provide SORACOM’s service and other purposes such as billing.
Customer’s Processing of Personal Data Customer shall, in its use of the Services, Process Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan.
