Definitions 1. 1 The term "NRS 288," as used in this Agreement, shall refer to the Statutes of Nevada enacted by the 1969 session of the Nevada Legislature and revised by subsequent sessions of the Nevada Legislature, also known as the local Government Employee-Management Relations Act.
