Processing of Grievances. The University acknowledges the right of Association Representatives to assist in investigation, processing and settlement of grievance and potential grievances without loss of salary, subject to satisfactory performance of University duties. Time spent by staff members appearing before an arbitration hearing arising from this agreement shall be without loss of salary.
