PROCEEDING SATISFACTORY. Borrower shall execute all of the Loan Documents approved by Lender on the Closing Date, and Guarantor shall execute the Guaranty attached in Exhibit "C", and all actions taken in connection with the execution or delivery of the Loan Documents, and all documents and papers relating thereto, shall be satisfactory to Lender and its counsel. Lender and its counsel shall have received copies of such documents and papers as Lender or such counsel may reasonably request in connection therewith, all in form and substance satisfactory to Lender and its counsel.
