Procedures for Layoffs. a. In the event it becomes necessary to lay off employees for any reason, the District shall consider seniority as one of the factors in determining which employees to lay off. The Employer shall furnish the Union with all pertinent information, including copies of documents used in making determinations relevant to layoffs.
