Problems that Could Occur With Deposits. Overpayments and Reversals. If funds are deposited or transferred into your Account by mistake or otherwise, we may correct the situation by deducting the amount of the deposit from your Account without prior notice to you. If there are not enough funds in your Account at that time, your Account could become overdrawn. See the "No Overdrafts" and "Right to Set Off" sections below for more information about what could occur if your Account has a negative balance. Note: If your Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, any direct deposits, ACH transfers, or cash deposits made via third party money transfer services received after the Account closure date will be rejected and returned to the originator. Access to Mobile Check Deposit will also be disabled.
