Priority Before Posting. Prior to a vacant Bargaining Unit position being posted, the Employer shall attempt to fill the position giving priority to Employees as follows: i. first, to an Employee who requires accommodation pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code; ii. second, to an Employee who is on notice of layoff in accordance with Article 17.03; iii. third, to an Employee who is on the Recall list in accordance with Article 17.04.

This does not apply in respect of a part-time Employee who has been laid off other than consistent with Article iii. third, to an Employee who has elected Priority Placement in accordance with Article 17.06; iv. fourth, to an Employee who is on the Recall list in accordance with Article 17.14;

  • If You Withdraw Before Approval If you or any co-applicant withdraws an Application or notifies us that you’ve changed your mind about the unit, we’ll be entitled to retain all application deposits as liquidated damage, and the parties then have no further obligation to each other.

  • Priority Hiring If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 and this Agreement is for services (other than Consulting Services), this section is applicable. Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.

  • Withdrawal Before Bidding 7.1. Registered E-Bidders, who have completed the 10% deposit payment, are entitled to withdraw from the auction at least one (1) working day before the auction date by 5.00 pm. 7.2. The 10% deposit will be refunded back to the E-Bidders within three (3) working days via online banking.
