Common use of Prior Enrollment in the CHIP Program Clause in Contracts

Prior Enrollment in the CHIP Program. The Division will assign a Member to a Contractor if the Member was enrolled with a particular CHIP Contractor within the past two (2) months. If the Division does not identify prior CHIP Enrollment, the Division will review the Member’s prior claims history.
