Prior Employment Agreement. Executive’s employment with the Company has been pursuant to an Executive Employment Agreement, as amended, originally dated October 11, 2007 (hereafter “Prior Agreement”). Upon the date of execution of this Agreement (the “Employment Date”), the Prior Agreement is hereby terminated and Executive’s continued employment with the Company shall be pursuant to the terms stated herein.
