Print/Mail Services Clause Samples

The Print/Mail Services clause defines the responsibilities and terms under which one party provides printing and mailing services to another. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of services, such as the preparation, printing, and distribution of documents, invoices, or marketing materials, and may specify service levels, turnaround times, and quality standards. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring timely, accurate communication through printed or mailed materials.
