Principal Financial Centre definition

Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to any currency, the principal financial centre for that currency provided, however, that:

Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the principal financial centre of the country of the Specified Currency or, if the Specified Currency is Euro, the Euro-zone.
Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to a Specified Currency or any other currency, the principal financial centre of the country of that Specified Currency or other currency, which in the case of euro, is the Euro-Zone.

Principal Financial Centre means, the principal financial centre with respect to the Relevant Currency (which, in the case of the euro, will be any leading financial centre in the European Union having access to the TARGET System).
