Primary Vacation Redesignation. A pilot may redesignate an awarded primary vacation to non-primary vacation provided that he gives notice to Crew Scheduling by the first (1st) of the month prior to the month in which the vacation was awarded.

Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.
Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.
General Salary Increase 1. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to September 1, 2013, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of one percent (1%). Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.
Preference in Vacation (1) A preference in selection of vacation time shall be determined in each work group on the basis of service seniority by classification within that work group.
Vacation Selection Beginning January 2 of each calendar year, employees will be scheduled a time, based on seniority, to select up to three (3) segments of available vacation leave during the time period of April 1 through March 31. A “segment” is one (1) or more contiguous days of vacation leave. No segment shall include more than ten (10) consecutive days of vacation leave in June, July, and/or August, provided that an employee may select contiguous segments of vacation leave. Each employee will be guaranteed one (1) scheduled workweek of vacation leave if requested as one of their segments. Off-shift times to select a vacation will not be considered as “time worked” for purposes of computing callback or overtime. If an employee is unable to be present during their scheduled time they may make their choice by telephone, email, or another individual with written documentation of designation, may select a vacation segment(s) for the employee. If the employee fails to select their vacation during their assigned time, the Employer may proceed with scheduling. The employee will be provided an opportunity to select their segment(s) at a later date when they are available. The Employer will publish the vacation schedule by March 1, after considering requests, as well as Agency program needs. Employees will complete a Leave Request Form no less than thirty (30) days prior to any approved vacation segment taken.
Salary Increases During the period of employment as provided in Paragraph 1(b) hereof, the base salary of the Executive shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board to determine whether or not the same should be increased in light of the duties and responsibilities of the Executive and the performance thereof, and if it is determined that an increase is merited, such increase shall be promptly put into effect and the base salary of the Executive as so increased shall constitute the base salary of the Executive for purposes of Paragraph 3(a).
Rate Redetermination for Market Change In the event of delay or interruption, exceeding 90 days, under B8.33, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber immediately prior to the delay or interruption and the appraised unit value of Included Timber immediately after the delay or interruption. The appraisal shall be done after any rate redetermination done pursuant to B3.31, using remaining volumes. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of delay or interruption or established pursuant to B3.31 will be reduced, if appraised rates declined during the delay or interruption, to become Current Contract Rates. Increases in rates will not be considered. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to a new Base Rate limitation of the cost of essential reforestation or 25 cents per hundred cubic feet or equivalent, whichever is larger. However, existing Base Indices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Redetermined rates shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to the delay or interruption.
Vacation Period The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
