Primary Care. GHO recommends that Members select a MHCN Personal Physician when enrolling under the Agreement. One Personal Physician may be selected for an entire family, or a different Personal Physician may be selected for each family member. Selecting a Personal Physician or changing from one Personal Physician to another can be accomplished by contacting GHO Customer Service, or accessing the GHO website at xxx.xxx.xxx. The change will be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt of the request, if the selected physician’s caseload permits.
