Common use of Pricing Changes Clause in Contracts

Pricing Changes. 23.1 Job Order Contractor, in connection with any proposal it makes for a Job Order change shall furnish a price breakdown itemized as required by Owner. Pricing for such changes shall be based on quantities mutually agreed to by Job Order Contractor and Owner. To reach such an agreement regarding pricing, the Parties may utilize the rates contained in the Unit Price Book, with modifications by the appropriate city cost index and applicable coefficient(s).
