Common use of Price Changes Clause in Contracts

Price Changes. OCLC reserves the right to change any price/fee, provided that OCLC provides Institution written notice of the change at least 60 days prior to the date the change is to become effective. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OCLC will not change any prices/fees contained in an agreed to price quote or renewal notice prior to the expiration of the quote or renewal notice.

Price Changes. OCLC reserves the right to change any price/feefees, provided that that: (a) OCLC provides will provide Institution written notice of the change at least 60 ninety (90) days prior to in advance of the date first period for which the change is to become effective; and (b) no such change will be effective for any period within one year after the Effective Date of this Agreement. Notwithstanding If Institution does not agree to pay the foregoingnew fees, Institution may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to OCLC will not change any prices/fees contained in an agreed to price quote or renewal notice prior to the expiration effective date of the quote or renewal noticechange.
