Employee hereby represents that he is under no obligation or agreement that would prevent him from being an employee of the Company or adversely impact his ability to perform the expected services for the Company. As a condition of employment, no confidential documents, computer discs, computer stored information, or any other confidential properly of any previous employer are to be brought on the premises or used in any way in your employment by the Company.
