Prevent Activity. To prevent any activity on, or use of, any portion of the Property that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and to require the restoration of such areas or features of such portions of the surface of the Property that may be damaged by any activity or use which is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, pursuant to the remedies set forth in Section 19.2 of this Agreement.
