No Other Grandfathered Uses. The City acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of annexation of all or a portion of the Property, the Owner or the Landowner may claim a right to continue agriculture, ranching or wildlife management activities with respect to any portion of the property not then subject to an Approved Sector Plan. The Owner and the Landowner hereby waive any right to claim a pre-existing use solely as a result of the execution of this Agreement.
