Presumption of Authorization. All notices and communications to the Client may be effectively given by mailing the same by post addressed to the Client at any of the Client business, residential or mailing addresses as they appear from time to time on GTJAF’s records, or by delivering the same to the Client or to any such address, or by facsimile or telephone or e-mail to any number or address notified to GTJAF from time to time for the purpose and shall be deemed to be received:-
