Third Party Market Data. The Client understands that the ETS may provide, for informational purposes only, data published by third parties. Owing to market volatility and possible delay in the data- transmission process, the data may not be real-time market information for the relevant currencies. The Client understands that, whilst GTJAFX believes such data to be reliable, it has no independent basis to verify or contradict the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. The Client understands that no recommendation or endorsement from GTJAFX shall be inferred from the data provided with respect to any currencies.
