Common use of Pressure at Receipt Point Clause in Contracts

Pressure at Receipt Point. (a) JGN is not obliged to provide a Service if the pressure at which Gas is received at a Receipt Point is not within the range of the minimum and maximum pressure specifications for that Receipt Point applicable under the Access Arrangement and this is such as to negatively affect the ability of a prudent service provider, acting reasonably, to provide a Service.
