Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.
Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address. The symbol “” may be placed adjacent to the signal word. The internet warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b). Online payments can be made with either eCheck (with no added convenience fee) or credit card (with an added 2.75% convenience fee). Online payments received after 5:00 pm will be recorded as paid the following business day. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth.
