Present Incumbent Only (PIO. (a) Where it is has been determined that the salary of an employee is higher than that of the standard salary range, that employee will be treated as follows: All employees employed on the date that the new salary range is implemented will continue to be paid on the current salary range and will continue to receive increment increases and negotiated economic wage increases while they remain in their current classification. This also applies to employees who apply for and receive another position within their classification or who bump into another position within their classification.
