Preparation for Negotiations. In recognition of the responsibilities associated with participating in contract negotiations, the Employer agrees that the annual schedule for a faculty member on the Federation negotiating team may be adjusted in the year of contract negotiations. This schedule adjustment would only be at the faculty member’s request. As a courtesy, it is desirable that the request be made during the annual spring workload meeting the academic year before negotiations begin.
