Common use of Pregnancy Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Pregnancy Leave Allowance. a) An Employee, entitled to pregnancy leave under the provisions noted above, who provides the Employer with proof under the provisions noted above, that they have applied for and are eligible to receive employment insurance (EI) benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Xxx 0000, shall be paid an allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Employment Benefit (SEB) plan.
