Prefunding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes. If the Issuer determines as of the end of the preceding Monthly Period with respect to any Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Monthly Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of that Tranche will be greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding sub-Account for the affected Tranches will be the Prefunding Target Amounts for such Tranche.

Prefunding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes. If the Issuing Entity determines with respect to any Monthly Period with respect to any Class A Notes or Class B Notes that, after giving effect to all allocations, payments and deposits that will be made on the First Note Transfer Date and each Note Transfer Date occurring in the immediately succeeding Monthly Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of such Class is greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding Sub-Accounts for such Class will be the Prefunding Target Amount for the CHASEseries for such Monthly Period.
Prefunding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes. If the Issuer determines as of the end of any Due Period with respect to any Class A Notes or Class B Notes of a series that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Due Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of that class is greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding sub-Accounts for the affected classes of that series will be the Prefunding Target Amount for that series. Unless an earlier date is determined pursuant to Section 522, these deposits will be made on the Monthly Principal Date applicable to the Class A Notes or the Class B Notes, as the case may be, next following the end of that Due Period.

Prefunding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes. If the Issuer determines that any Expected Principal Payment Date, Event of Default, Early Redemption Even or any other mandatory or optional redemption with respect to any tranche of Class C Notes will occur at a time when the Issuer anticipates that Section 515 or 516 would otherwise prohibit the payment of all or part of such tranche of Class C Notes, the Principal Finding sub-Account for the Class A Notes and/or the Class B Notes of that series, as the case may be, will be prefunded with an amount equal to the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A Notes and Class B Notes that would be affected by the deficiency in the subordinated amount so as to permit the payment of that tranche of Class C Notes. If the Issuer determines that any Expected Principal Payment Date, Early Redemption Event or Event of Default with respect to any tranche of Class B Notes will occur at a time when the Issuer anticipates that Section 515 or 516 would otherwise prohibit the payment of all or part of such tranche of Class B Notes, the Principal Finding sub-Account for the Class A Notes of that series will be prefunded with an amount equal to the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A Notes that would be affected by the deficiency in the subordinated amount so as to permit the payment of that tranche of Class C Notes.

  • Funding Account The Administrative Agent shall have received a notice setting forth the deposit account of the Borrower (the “Funding Account”) to which the Administrative Agent is authorized by the Borrower to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Pre-Funding Account On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit in the Pre-Funding Account $0.00 (the “Pre-Funding Account Initial Deposit”) from the net proceeds of the sale of the Notes. If the Pre-Funded Amount has not been reduced to zero on the Payment Date immediately following the calendar month in which the Funding Period, if any, ends, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to transfer from the Pre-Funding Account on such Payment Date any amount then remaining in the Pre-Funding Account to the Note Distribution Account for distribution in accordance with Section 8.02(g) of the Indenture.

  • Permitted Withdrawals from the Collection Account and Distribution Account (a) The Master Servicer may from time to time make withdrawals from the Collection Account for the following purposes:
